Day 4

UP ON A HILL, THAT’S WHERE WE BEGIN

DAY: MONDAY

LOCATION: Edinburgh

TIME: 09:00

WEATHER: 11-12 degrees, extremely windy

Today was a day out for us in Edinburgh. Same breakfast before heading out on our 1 day tour of Edinburgh. First stop and only stop, was at the Edinburgh castle. Upon arrival, it was so cold and windy. How the tour director in his kilt was able to endure the harsh conditions, I do not know. Hahahah. And according to others, men don’t usually wear nothing under the kilts. Well well. It was cold and we was standing in the sun when the tour director joked about getting us out of the hot sun. Nice one Mr Scotsman.

Edinburgh castle from their very own esplandae

I have absolutely no idea as to what this is. Just thought it be interesting thats all.

The view from up on that hill

Now before we carry on, i would like a share a little story with everyone;

A Prison Break Special, featuring Dope Boy Inc:

Featuring: Dope Boy

Charged for drug trafficking drugs to the innocent people.

His cell, on the 2nd floor....

of RED LION prison

He wasn't too happy at being busted for the crime.

He wonders what is in stored for him now that he has been caught. He stares out of his cell and feels like he is in a bottomless pit.

THEN, he stops feeling sorry for himself and starts to formulate a plan to get out of here.

So he starts thinking, at lunch....

In the courtyard,

After much deliberation, he finally found the weakest link in the security line to get out of building...

And it is the fireplace. hahaha

He starts getting tools to tunnel his way out..

But must decide whether to run this way...

Or this way????

He thinks through it thoroughly... and on the day of the escape. he puts his plan into action. During free time, he fires a canon into the other side of the city to lure the police away.

He stands over the canon and gets lights it up.

He runs out through the fire place and makes his way out of the castle but barely escapes the jaws of....

the sharped-tooth gates of RED LION.

TO BE CONTINUED....

I hope that was entertaining and i need to thank matt for that idea cuz it was from your blog where i saw you made stories and so i came up with one here myself. hehe. well, back to reality now.

Well after that we had the whole day to ourselves in Edinburgh and we went to princes street to do shopping. Well, that was what we did for the rest of the day. It was so tiring to have to walk up and down the street all the time. Weather improved so much that the sun was out and beating down on us. But this was the first time on such a sunny day that I did not drop one bit of perspiration. Saw lots of nice stuff, but the price was also pricy so didn’t really buy much. Edinburgh is a very nice city, I feel kind of sad that we are leaving here tomorrow.

This was lunch at an Italian Restaurant.

I'm really beginning to fall in love with the Scotland dressing.

A cathedral in Scotland

Well, we took the public bus back to the hotel before heading across the streets to buy dinner and shop at JJB sports. “I have found my sports heaven.” Today was tiring mainly due to the walking, so I’m going to turn in early now lads.

Gerrard is coming to Singapore ladies and gentlemen. Remember to tune in to ESPN channel 23, check your local listings for more details. I just kidding la. I merely took this picture at the shop only.
