Day 7

ALL ABOARD….

Well breakfast has been the same for the past few days that I got tired of taking pictures of it. It has been the usual, scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes and hashbrowns. Leaving Glasgow, the first stop was at Gretna Green; the place where people held runaway marriages.

DAY: Thursday

LOCATION: Gretna Green

TIME: 10:00

WEATHER: 16-17 degrees, dry

More highland cows

MOOOOOO...

A young one, so cute. Now the cows had some brown coloured substanced stuck to their rear ends. And to respect them, i didn't take that pic.

The pond in the middle of it all.

The runaway ailse.

I now pronounce you man and ..... finish it yourself.

Stone lovers.

Once again, its because of the kilt

The view of the place from the outside.

LOCTAION: Lake District

TIME: 12:45

WEATHER: 16-17 degrees, dry

The usual here, lunch, small shops to patronize, and then take some pictures of the place. something funny happened along the way, some school kids were conducting questionnaires and debating on whether to approach us. They spoke loud enough for me to hear. They decided not to ask us but one of the girls from the group said that they were being racist. Hahaha. Anyways, here are the pics.

This was lunch for that day

And this is the little restaurant which we had lunch from

Just a little view of the small town here.

Make a wish.

Some of the greenery here.

Well its not exactly green but well, you understand.

After lunch came the main attraction for the day. A ferry ride across Lake Windermere and steam train ride from the lakeside to another destination. Very very fun.

Dinghy ahoy.

Can you imagine having a house there?

View from the bow.

haha.

A seagull was flying along side the boat. There were those who had food so i guess thats why it was following us. haha

In the distance you can see the "choo choo". haha

More sapans.

Abandon ship. ABADON SHIP. LOL

Next stop, not too sure.

But i'm getting on anyways.

And there we go.

Looks kind of like Thomas the Tank Engine, hahaha.

The white block in my hand is a piece of candy called Candle Mint Cake. 50% weird name, but tasty nonetheless.

LOCATION: Lanncaster

TIME: 16:30

WEATHER: 16-17 degrees, dry

And after that, its all a formality by now. Head back to the hotel for dinner and I had a whisky mixed with lemonade; can you believe that? Hahaha

Low and behold; my whisky with lemonade. It tasted good, except i forgot to shake it. So the whisky was the bottom.

And this was the chicken which went into my stomach. hahaha

Ok ya’ll, I got to get some sleep, its almost 12 and once again I have to up early.
